All ShooGa clients are supported by an account manager, who works hand in hand with your team to assure a smooth transition between the design and programming page.   The account manager is in charge of assuring that the design package is complete and keeps the client up to date with the development progress.

We are aware that all of our clients offer print solutions as well; therefore we have based our production process on the model of the printing industry, something all of our clients are familiar with. Just provide us with your visuals by respecting our specifications and your job.   You will then be contacted from your account manager with details on delivery date based on project details. To give you an idea, our average lead time for a typical CMS driven website is less than 2 weeks.

It is important to mention that you can send us more than one project at a time!  Most new clients have a hard time realizing that we have the resources to work on more than one project at a time, How’s that for a change! This gives you the possibility of taking on more projects without the fear of not delivering on time.
