Once upon a time, ShooGa was a creative agency with one major issue:  Delivering web projects on time.   The problem was very simple; Freelance programmers were always late in delivering their assigned mandates on time mainly because they took on more projects than they can deliver.  At that point, hiring qualified programmers in-house was too costly for a small agency like ShooGa.   The solution to this came through the splitting of the website development process in two distinct entities:  design and production.  We developed a unique structure and project management system which led to the establishment of our web production offices in Armenia.   Projects were now being delivered on time, to a point where websites were being launched within a week after the design phase.

When some of our partnering design agencies expressed the same complaints in regards to programming, we decided to offer our solution as a service to them, as a reliable alternative to freelance programming.
